	Location data	Dispoo collects location information, whether precise or approximate, from clients' mobile devices, but only if they have granted permission in their device settings. However, it is not necessary to grant permission to enter an address manually.
	Appointment data	Dispoo collects information about the use of its services, such as the type of service provided, as well as appointment details, including the date, time, and address (home or location). This information will also be shared with the relevant provider.
Provider	Provider profile information	When providers create or update their Dispoo account, Dispoo collects the information. This may include their name, email address, address, phone number, profile picture, login ID, and password, as well as their service, specialty, and official documents.
	Location data	Dispoo collects location information, whether precise or approximate, from providers' mobile devices, but only if they have granted permission in their device settings. However, it is not necessary to give permission to manually enter an address.
	Appointment data	When providers choose to share their service with clients for the purpose of making an appointment, their profile becomes visible. This includes their specialty, name, phone number (if permitted), address, years of experience, and photos of their work.

Purpose of collecting personal information

Dispoo is committed to using your information exclusively for the services offered on the Dispoo application and/or website, such as:

1. Manage your access to the services available on the Dispoo applications, as well as their use.
2. Create a file of registered members.
3. Create statistical data regarding service usage.
4. Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
5. Take user preferences into account.

At the time of collecting your personal information, we will provide you with information about which data is mandatory or optional.
